Directions · For agencies
Your client has travel dates; the visa centre has no slots. We watch the route and book the moment one opens - and in front of your client, it was your agency that did it.
We work under the agency, not next to it: no branding, no direct contact with your client, no service name to explain. Status updates go to your Telegram or email, and what you tell the client is your call.
What we need from you is the same thing the centre needs: applicant details as in the passport and the documents VFS Global asks for on the route. What we never need is the applicant's VFS Global account - not the login, not the password, not a code from their email.
The per-applicant price falls as the group grows - the tiers on the pricing page apply to agencies as they do to families, and the 10-or-more tier is in practice the agency rate.
For a steady flow of bookings we switch from paying per booking to a monthly invoice. Tell us your usual volume in the request and you get terms the same day.
We do not take appointments in advance to resell, do not file under anyone else's identity, and do not ask your clients for their VFS Global credentials. Every booking exists because a specific applicant asked for it and is made in that applicant's name. If your model depends on holding slots as stock, we are not the partner you are looking for.
The longer version of where that line sits is in our article on whether appointment services are legal.
Applications from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK, Ireland and the US, to the Schengen destinations listed on the home page - each route with its current status, so you can see what is live before you ask.
Route, visa category and the number of applicants - we reply with what is realistic on that route, usually the same day.
