Short, because this site collects very little. Last updated 3 August 2026.

What the request form collects

When you send a request, we receive:

Technical details of the request — your IP address and browser identification — are recorded with it, and used only to stop automated abuse of the form.

What it does not collect

No passport numbers, no document scans, no dates of birth, and never your VFS account password or the confirmation code from your email. The form does not have fields for them, and we do not ask for them by other means at this stage.

Completing an actual booking later requires some applicant details. Those are collected in direct conversation, only after you have decided to proceed, and only what the application itself requires.

Analytics and third parties

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking or advertising scripts. If web analytics are added later, this page will say which, before they are switched on.

Choosing to contact us through Telegram means Telegram also processes that message under its own terms. That is outside our control, which is why email is offered as an alternative.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept while they are being handled and for a period afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution.[Retention period to be set before launch.]You can ask us to delete your request at any time using the contacts below, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights and who to ask

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@standbyvisa.com.

[The legal entity operating this service is to be confirmed.]Until it is, this page describes actual practice rather than a formal controller. It will be updated with the registered details before the service takes payments.
