How it works

Four steps, and only one of them costs you anything — the last one.

1. You tell us the route

Where you are applying from, where you are going, the visa category and how many people are travelling. That is the whole brief. It takes a minute through the request form or in chat.

If the route is one we cannot work right now, we say so at this point rather than after taking your money. Some consulates have added steps that require the applicant in person — those we cannot do for you, and we will tell you which nearby centre is realistic instead.

2. We watch the calendar

Continuously, day and night, on the centre you chose. This is the part that is hard to do yourself: appointments are released without warning and taken within minutes, usually while you are asleep or at work.

How hard, in our own numbers: on the Latvia centre in Dubai we ran 98,833 calendar checks and caught 122 openings. That is roughly one opening per 810 checks. Refreshing the page by hand is not a slow version of this — it is a different activity.

3. We book it

The moment a slot appears we take it and complete the booking for your applicants. You get the confirmation details.

One step needs you: the consulate sends a code to your email to confirm the appointment. You pass it to us, or enter it yourself — either way it stays in your hands. We never ask for your VFS password, and any service that does should worry you.

4. Then you pay

Payment happens after the appointment is confirmed, not before. If nothing opens on your route, there is nothing to pay — you have lost only the time it took to send us the request.

The price depends on where you are applying from and how many applicants there are; it falls per person as the group grows. See pricing.

What we are not

We are not VFS Global, an embassy or a consulate, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Booking an appointment through the official channels is free — what you pay us for is the watching and the paperwork.

We do not sell appointments, and we cannot guarantee one. Nobody can: the slots are released by the consulate on its own schedule, and some months there are very few. Any service promising you a guaranteed slot or a guaranteed visa is telling you something it cannot deliver.
