Another connection-level block, produced by the protection layer in front of VFS rather than by the booking system itself. Same practical position as 403201: your account is fine, the connection is not.
The restriction is attached to the internet address you are connecting from, not to your account. Your login is fine; the connection is what VFS has stopped accepting.
This comes from the security layer sitting in front of the VFS site, which decides whether to pass a request through at all. A bare 403 with no code, or a page that refuses to load past the checking screen, is the same thing.
The distinction that matters to you: this is not about your VFS account. Nothing is restricted on it, and nothing needs restoring.
Most of these codes are survivable. What turns a pause into a real problem is the reaction to it.
Error codes aside, the usual reason people are on this page is that they have been refreshing the calendar for weeks. That is the thing these limits are reacting to, and it rarely works: on the routes we watch, an opening appears roughly once in several hundred checks, at no predictable hour.
We watch it instead, and book the moment one appears. You pay after the appointment is confirmed — if nothing opens, there is nothing to pay.
